great place to stay

The place is nice and exactly like what you see in the picture. Also the location is amazing, but to be honest the hospitality not good at all. It’s just the management that need to take there job more serious since it’s an amazing apartment. Few points made my stay bad: 1- we are 5 people as we sheared our details when I made the booking and there is only 2 blankets in the apartment ( even I informed the host but she didn’t provide . 2- the cooker has no gas and they didn’t check before I arrive so I had maintenance people in the apartment working. And I ordered food from outside. 3- I have kids and the TV has no remote and I informed the host and she didn’t proved. So no tv for the whole stay. 4 - no flexibility in the check in and checkout time . 5- one of the toilet was used before we arrive and not flashed. 6- the price we very expensive since there is no good services comes with the apartment .
