Guests and their visitors must understand and respect that all our Holiday Homes apartment are located in residential (family-oriented and not business or commercial oriented) ,so Refrain from any uncivilized / inappropriate behavior
All sort of parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Standard check in time is 2:00 PM (and 3:00 PM for villas) and checkout is at 11:00 am
Please be informed that our standard check-in hours are until 6:00 PM. Any check-ins after 1800 Hrs may incur an additional charge i.e 200 AED.
Smoking of cigarettes STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Pet allow only on request except cats also additional charges will apply
Primary Guest need to be 18 or 18 plus (Dubai Tourism Norms) which is mandatory for check in else check in will be refused
All staying occupant ID (Emirates id /Passport /GCC Id ) are mandatory prior check in for registration else check in will be refused
Booking Status are Non Refundable Non Amendable once confirmed and paid.
Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit
During check out the guest are requested handover all the keys received during arrival / Stay to avoid later penalties
Extra Bed will be on additional cost @150 per night
Cleaning Charges
Studio—100 AED Per day
1 Br --- 150 AED Per day
2 BR --- 200 AED Per day
3 BR -- 350 AED Per day
