We would appreciate if someone was there at the time of check-in to ensure the building security is informed of our arrival. The view is calm and serene from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay.

check in was a little troublesome. had to wait 2 hours since the cleaners were still clearing up. access card didn't work till the next day team was super responsive. The photos are accurate some issues: there's no hot water. At best it's lukewarm and that too lasts for 2 or 3 mins max. the shower area is tiny. expect to hit the funny bone on your below often place was clean. a little worn out with use but ok. sofa is uncomfortable and out if shape. rooms nice and fresh. linens and sheets were fresh. there was a cockroach that required finding and killing. just one. construction next door. no noise inside but leaving the balcony door open is not an option. in the heat probably not advisable anyways. suitable for 2 ppl max. any more (incl kids) would be a problem in terms of space. no clear place to even lie down a large suitcase. but hey the size is whats advertised. quiet surroundings. traffic on exit is a pain during rush hours!

This was a very bad experience. Avoid any listings by Key View management. First issue was that the building and garage access card was missing, check in was on a Friday and it was only after a huge fight that we got the card on Monday. The stove was supposed to be connected on the day of check in by the gas company, but it took them 5 days to fix it and they gave a cheap electric hot plate as a solution! Obviously, not an ideal solution considering the needs of our two infants. One of the cabinets in the bedroom almost fell on my sons head. Hot water was a problem, if you don’t finish your shower in 2 mins you end up with cold water no matter how long you had waited for the water heater. Horrible experience. Greedy company, bedside lamps not functional (no bulbs), iron made of plastic and was a fire hazard! If this were a proper management company they would have verified that the unit was inhabitable prior to renting it out in the first place!!
