Pros: The place looked like how it did in the photos posted. It had many rooms enough to accommodate our group. Nice and quiet. Liked the fact that the house was well lit and had ACs in each room. They provider towels and gave amenity kits which was nice. Cons: Cleanliness was an issue though. 1. The kitchen was oily and had residue (assuming this was from the previous occupants) 2. Their kitchen utensils had stains of food and were sticky 3. The washrooms were not cleaned well and had a stench seeping through the bedrooms 4. The door lock of house 2 was broken and needed to be locked from the inside 5. Red ants in the room which bit the kids. Great house but not maintained or cleaned well

Robin’s place is good for a large group. The place is comfortable even during this hot season since even the living rooms are air-conditioned. The place is surrounded by trees and pineapple plantations. You can even jog around the subdivision early morning or late afternoon (when the sun is not so hot). The place is also accessible to some good places to eat. It is also near a market and some stores to buy food and groceries. We grilled some meat we bought from a good meat shop around the area. Apart from swimming (wish the water was warmer), we also played dart, badminton and some board games. Pets are allowed so we were able to bring our dog. We have some relaxing time here at Robin’s place. What a relief from the summer heat in Manila.
