Airbnb limit is 16 guests. Kindly indicate the actual guest count for accurate pricing. The base rate is for (8) eight guests and will increase by Php2,000/additional guests. Only guests below (2) two years old are excluded from the guest count. For bookings with more than 16 guests, kindly note that after exceeding 16 guests, there’s still an additional ₱2,000 per additional guest, per night. You may pay on the day of your booking for the additional guests. Bedrooms: We have (3) three bedrooms (good for 10 guests) and (1) Guest House (good for 10 pax). We can accommodate maximum of 20 guests. Located in the Ground Floor, the air-conditioned Master’s bedroom has one (1) king-sized bed with cushioned seats. Located in the Second Floor, the second and third bedroom are air-conditioned and has a queen-size bed each for the comfort of our guests. Second Bedroom includes (1) day bed. (The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is good for 2 guests, maximum of 3 guests). Located separately from the Main House, the air-conditioned Guest House has 3 queen sized beds and 1 Sofa Bed. Note: All rooms have their private toilet and bath. We have (4) additional single beds for additional guests that can be placed in the Master's Bedroom and/or Guest House. Kitchen: The Kitchen is located in the Ground Floor. Prepare your sumptuous meals in our spacious kitchen. We have the basic cooking essentials such as cooking utensils, pots, and pans. We added kitchen essentials that you may need during your stay with us like Gorenje kitchen appliances, Coffee Machine (don't forget to bring coffee beans), SMEG blender, SMEG toaster, SMEG electric kettle, microwave oven, rice cooker, steamer and a 4-door refrigerator is also available to store your food and drinks. Dining: Have an unforgettable experience and enjoy good food with good company in our Prizmic and Brill dining area that can fit up to 8 guests. Other guests may enjoy their meal outdoors with additional seating up to 6 guests and beside the kitchen that can seat up to 3 guests. We have a Prizmic and Brill bar area that can seat up to 2 guests. Basic tableware sets like plates, serving dishes, spoon, fork, and knife are also provided. We have a dedicated space for our guests to grill and cook. Bathrooms: There are (4) four bathrooms with a shower heater. There is an additional (1) one shower with a shower heater located in the Guest House beside the toilet and bath. With (1) one outdoor shower, beside the pool. Located in the Ground Floor, (1) one powder room with toilet and sink. Entertainment Room: We have a leather couch where you can stay while you watch, sing, and hang out with your friends and family. We provide a 100" Laser Projector with Bose Surround Sound Speakers. We have a dedicated Bose Speaker for our Karaoke. Netflix and Disney+ can be accessed, powered by PLDT internet fiber connection for our guests' entertainment.
