Our family had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the swimming pool was great, and we enjoyed the available entertainment (billiards, Netflix, karaoke). But on our first night, there was a gas leak in the main kitchen, which left my mother, who was cooking at the time, with superficial burns + burnt hair. Thankfully it was nothing worse, but it was still dangerous. The place is new, so it's possible these haven't been fully checked yet. It was a good thing that there's another kitchen, so we were still able to cook our own meals after the incident. We also had a hard time finding the place since the address is not accurately shown in navigation apps. Thankfully Lei was able to respond to our queries as we were looking for the place, and kindly accepted our feedback about this. Despite the mishaps, we still had a good stay. We appreciate how responsive Lei and the caretakers were to our requests. We recommend the place for big groups and we will consider visiting again.

We love this place so much that upon arriving we asked to book it again by end the month. Everything is brand new, the home is very lux and there's plenty of space for our 3 shih tzus to play and relax with our fam. By far the best resort I've booked so far. I can't wait to be back again ❤️
