While the house is as depicted in the photos, the housekeeping is lacking considerably. There were several issues that were reported to customer service and eventually, the cleaning fee was refunded. I've ever experienced this kind of thing with an airbnb rental, but then again, I've always reserved with a private owner, not a management company. will think twice next time. The location was beautiful, but would not rent again.

Overall it was a great place to stay! The only thing is that they only gave you one trash bag so definitely pack some. (: Also they want you to take out the trash, but there was no trash can…

Lovely and private location that is close to Burnside Marina. While there was plenty of room and the house is in great condition, there is no washer & dryer nor a clothesline to dryer towels after a long day on the lake. Outside of that place was fantastic and lived up to our expectations.

Would stay here again. Needs some landscaping, cleaning up of the grounds. Very minimal kitchen/cooking items but can easily make-do for a few days. Home was clean, just a musty smell when arriving. If staying here again we would bring our own bath towels as there weren’t many available and they were low quality. Overall great stay! Loved all the communication from our host!!!

The location and outdoor space is great. There were amenities offered that once we arrived were not on the premises. These items include toilet paper, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray. There was no bowls in the kitchen. The dishwasher was full of dishes instead of being put away. The queen air mattress was a nice option however there were no sheets for it. There was a welcome packet on the counter that should have had Wi-Fi password, contact info, etc. but it was completely blank (all 5 pages) and nothing written on one of them. After bringing these issues to the attention on Evolve and the house host we were told to go get what we need and submit our receipt for reimbursement which was appropriated but did not factor in the fact that we had to take time away from our family vacation to run to the store to get things that we were sold on already being provided. After a week of working with Cynthia we were given $75 back after discussing that one night should be refunded at a minimum. Apparently there is 4 different parties involved in managing this house and no one knows who’s supposed to be doing what. I was very disappointed to find out I was being used as a Guinea pig to work out the details at full price.
