We held a family thanksgiving here and it was perfect! Great space for a lot of people to hang out and be together.

When you're looking for a place for 15 people to vacation together and have a good time, there are lots of boxes to "check" and it can make it difficult to find a place that works for everyone. We're so thankful we found Clay's place! The home was inviting, baby-friendly, and couldn't have been in a more beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, game room, spacious kitchen, and comfortable rooms. There was a nook for everyone, even the kiddos, and the three level layout allowed us to spread out, so that if someone wanted to nap while others played a game or watched a movie they could. If our only complaint was that the trash bags kept breaking on us and the hot tub had a few jets not working, I'd say that's pretty good, especially considering how many people there were to please! Additionally, communication with Chase was convenient and prompt, and he even gave us a late checkout since no one was coming in right after us. All in all, a great vacation spot!

This home was exceptional. We had plenty of room for all of our family members to stay, relax, and play for a long family weekend. The resort style amenities were wonderful. We had family memers from age 11 months to 80 years old. My mother is in a wheelchair and the home was completely accessible with no steps required for the main living area. The lower level had air hockey, a pool table, and shuffle board games. There was a hot tub. During the warmer months the pool is available. There were also tennis courts and a basketball court, a boat dock and access to the lake. Even a fun tram ride you can take down to the dock for 50 cents. The home was sparkling clean and comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful space to spend time with a large group of family or friends. It's close to.town and there's something for everyone to do. It's a place where truly wonderful memories can be created. We loved Clay's place.

The living space was very spacious and well thought out ample space, and all the bedrooms, great parking area to the carmin Day Ford trucks with boat trailers and three other vehicles in a quiet corner of the resort, nice wooded area off the back of the deck and can still see lake Cumberland below everyone enjoyed themselves at the house would definitely recommend this if you were looking for a large home with very spacious area looking forward to hopefully many returns

Our family booked Clays place for Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed playing games, enjoyed the shuffleboard, hot tub, community pool and cooking meals to enjoy in the well equipped big kitchen. It is very clean and a great layout for a large group. Would highly recommend! We will be back!!
