Exceptional location with an outstanding host.

Mike is a nice and communicative host. The bed, towels, and shower were clean. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the “luxury” standard. There was no coffee stocked, the furniture was all very dusty, dirty, or greasy. The dishes had food crust residue and needed to be rewashed before use. There were chips under the couch, trash under the bed, stains on the walls and carpet. The floor was also dusty. Seems to need a deep clean. The building itself seems to lack regular maintenance. Other than that, the location is great for traveling to different locations in LA, and the neighborhood is very safe. The gyms and the pool were definitely up to luxury standards! Awesome up to date equipment in the gym.

Perfect Host’s for a beautiful home, made my stay comfortable as ever and A1 communication got me anything I needed for the . I highly recommend for future stays!

First the positives: Mike is very responsive and available. The apt is in a great location; walkable to everything you could want. Even has a cafe on the premises. The kitchen is well supplied and there are games! It’s safe and clean. The negatives: The key exchange process is a pain, especially if you’re coming or going at odd hours, and the complex seems to have an issue with their elevators; two of three don’t work. The garage fob broke before I got there so I couldn’t get in. Mike remedied this as soon as he could but it seems the building has issues. (Perhaps it was just now; the elevators seemed to be not a new thing.) It’s a big complex and there are no doormen or anyone who can help. Mike is very responsive but not on site. (A house manual with instructions, including how to get to the elevator and parking would be really useful.)
