My friends and I stayed at Bryan’s for a concert in State College, and the house was perfect to fit everyone comfortably and had everything we needed. Bryan was extremely kind and responsive. The house is a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus!

This was the perfect house for our multi-family stay! Very comfortable and convenient to downtown state college and beaver stadium. We especially loved the grilled stickies welcome. Great for families with kids — we were very grateful for the pack n play, high chair and games/toys! Older kids will love the basement hangout w/ ping pong table. Our only regret is not being there long enough to utilize the great deck and backyard. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home and great location. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable beds. We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were on a work trip, but the time there was great. They have provided everything you could possibly need plus more. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting for work trips.
