Exactly as shown! great place
Very comfortable stay for the night. The house was spacious with lots of room to spread out. Clean and tidy with a few games for the kids. Owner was a great communicator. Would stay here again!

Quiet and clean neighborhood in the heart of downtown State College.
We are 1 mile from downtown, or 2 miles from Beaver Stadium. There is a Game Day shuttle a block away you can hop on to head to the games. We enjoy walking downtown from here when the weather is nice, but Ubering is also very easy!
