Quaint home 2.8 miles from the stadium. Located on the north end of Atherton close to shops and restaurants. Champs is a quick walk around the corner. Home has 2 bedrooms and newly remodeled bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. Mattresses are a Serta iComfort memory foam and Winkbeds luxury hybrid soft. A third room contains an oversize chair and ottoman. Linens are provided. Living area has space for a queen sized air mattress (not provided).

Great house, super clean! Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient location. Jane was so responsive and flexible!
Jane’s home was perfect for our stay at Penn State for a football game. The location is great. We would recommend for anyone looking to stay in State College.
More of an AirBnB request. Personally I like to know if the owner vacates his/her home because it's odd to live in someone's place. The beds aren't great for old backs. But it was comfortable and easy. Beautiful bathroom Reno.

Jane was very accommodating on a football weekend. The house is in a great location near campus. Would definitely like to stay there in the future if available.
