We were in Penn State for a middle school basketball tournament and stayed with a couple of families in this home. It was very conveniently located for all of our tournament venues. There was plenty of space in the home for the families; we had plenty of space to gather and connect in the living areas while each family having their own private space as well. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to find it really convenient to be cooking and eating in the home. The home is well furnished with plenty of seating options. Some furniture has been used heavily and showed it's wear, but all functioned well and for a rental was well suited for our needs. We would definitely return and one family is already considering the rental for PSU games.

Perfect home for our annual family football gathering. The location is close to the stadium and downtown. Although, there is plenty of shopping and dining close by. The home is extremely unique and was able to accommodate our four families. The home was clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room to gather together or sit quietly. We were fortunate to have a beautiful late October day and spent time on the wrap around porch. We will definitely be back next year.
