I have rented many Airbnb homes over the past few years and Marilyn’s is head and shoulders above the rest. She is a gracious host and very accommodating. Her home is clean, uncluttered and nicely furnished. The location is ideal and walkable for attending any events at Beaver stadium or the Bryce Jordan Center. I give this home a Five star rating!

Marilyn is a gracious host and made us feel like we were her guests. Her home is lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. I also appreciate how proactive and responsive Marilyn is regarding communication. If you are visiting State College to attend a concert or sporting event, this home is walking distance to the stadium and Bryce Jordan Center. I have booked this home several times and plan on booking it again in the future.

This place is amazing. We were in State College for a football weekend and it could not have been a better spot for everything. We were able to walk to the stadium and when we were back at the house we were able to relax in the beautiful back yard. I will definitely be back when we are back in town for another game!!

Absolutely beautiful home and perfect location. We felt right at home in this mid century modern space. Location was walkable to everything psu. Beautiful landscaping, gardens and LOVED the very friendly and funny chickens. Every bed was very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great as well. Kitchen was very stocked as well. One of my most favorite places we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you Marilyn for being very responsive as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

Marilyn was a fantastic host. Her house was even better than described, and she provided extremely clear directions and recommendations. The location is perfect - close enough, but not too close! We felt extremely welcomed and at home. Five stars across the board!
