Martin’s house is absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make it comfortable and feel like home. My family all agreed that it is one of our favorite Airbnb houses! The linens were so soft, the extra amenities were plentiful, and the decor was on point. I can’t think of one thing I would change about our stay. Gorgeous area and very responsive hosts. Excellent choice for anyone visiting Maine.

Everything was perfect from the booking to check in to check out - couldn't have asked for a better stay. Judy was absolutely delightful to work with! The house is amazing and it was so great to have a fenced yard for our dog. The location was perfect as was the kitchen. We cooked up some great meals, enjoyed the games and piano. Wish I had more time to go through the extensive library. We were able to order food delivery from great restaurants even from Portland. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay at the Charthouse! Judy was so welcoming and the home and fenced yard were amazing for us and our dogs. It was such a lovely and cozy stay, we can’t wait to come back!

We had our family vacation booking cancelled last minute and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at Chart House! The hosts were extremely responsive and the house was exactly as pictured. The location was close to downtown Portland (10 min drive) and the fenced in backyard was an added bonus for our pups! We would definitely book another stay at Chart House in the future!

Lovely home with a great fenced in yard. excellent location and very accommodating hosts. they even moved the TV to the room for us. I have not found that service any where. Had an Awesome stay and it was quiet and clean. everything i needed.
