Very large, comfortable, and clean place for our family of 6+dog. We especially appreciated the large well-appointed kitchen, lovely sitting room, comfy beds, and great clean bathrooms. Our host Kassi came by and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The yard is large with a pool to dip in. Two of us tried the tandem on the long driveway/path. It was fun. We loved watching the horses in the fields across the property. Sarah, the barn manager, was friendly and very personable. The location is ideal to visit Portland and areas along the shore. Definitely a great spot! An experience we’d be happy to repeat.

We had such a wonderful stay! Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back for next years Tri For A Cure!! The house was very clean and was sooo beautiful! We loved it! ♥️

We have stayed at a number of excellent Air BnBs all over the world with our family.. but our experience Kassi’s Equestrian Sanctuary was really unbeatable! Driving in to gorgeous green surroundings, a small lake at one end of the garden, the horse stable at another! The elegant and very spacious interiors were exceptionally comfortable and well looked after, welcoming and tastefully decorated. And spic and span! Kassi was very prompt and informative in her responses and was in touch with us throughout our stay with useful tips. We have already recommended her Equestrian Sanctuary to friends who want a unique experience in New England. And we certainly hope to be back ourselves!! Thank you, Kassie!

Our Stay at Kassi's Equestrian Sanctuary was perfect in every way! We arrived to find the house spotless, well-decorated and very inviting. The house was very large and full of comfortable, cushy furniture and bedding. We especially loved the beautiful grounds and view of the pond. We made great use of the large, well-appointed kitchen. We especially liked watching the activities around the horse barn and the staff there was very friendly. Communications with Cassie was friendly and she went above and beyond with a few nice touches. She was especially accommodating of our special needs. The home’s location in the greater Portland area is great with easy access to downtown Portland, the waterfront and west into the mountains. Thank you Cassie for helping to make our Maine trip a great success!
