Paula’s home was perfect! We had a last-minute change that required us to book a “Plan B” home over our Thanksgiving holiday, and we came across Paula and Mark’s home. Paula was incredibly fast to accommodate, and flexible to help us make sure we were able to check in early and still enjoy our holiday. The home was a beautiful home, listed exactly as described, and had all the great amenities and features that you would expect from a home of the size. Plus, the location is superb! The Town Landing Market next-door has become one of our favorites in Maine, and was a great easy 30-second walk. Plus, walking down the road to the bay was absolutely stunning. Paula and her team were very welcoming, fast responding, and just made sure that overall everything was set up for success for our trip. Would highly recommend anyone going to Maine!

I would give this home (and Paula) 10 stars if I could. I have to start with a big chef’s kiss for the beds and bedding! I’m willing to bet you’ve never slept in anything so comfortable. 💕 The location of this home is ideal and the house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of modern amenities, yet still has that coastal Maine feel. Absolute perfection in my opinion. Portland and all it has to offer is a short, easy drive away. The market across the street met all of our mealtime needs, and is staffed by such friendly people. I can’t say enough good things about the host, Paula. We had a couple small issues during our stay and she was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting them addressed. She wants you to have a 5-star stay and does everything to make that happen. I reached out to her first as a renter, and left saying goodbye for now to a new friend. We already can’t wait to go back and rent this home again. It was everything we’d hoped for and more.

Expect extremely cozy beds, great location with a lovely quaint grocery store across the street and a beautiful home with lots of amenities..

Paula’s place is just wonderful! It is spacious, well-equipped and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the attention to details in every room… The kids loved the pool and the fire pit. It is perfect for families or friends looking to get together, but still have plenty of privacy. Paula is a great host, very responsive and her restaurant recommendations were fantastic. We plan to go back!

Paula is a fantastic host! We really enjoyed staying at her house in Falmouth, the property had everything we were looking for and was super comfortable for our 5 day stay. The pool kept the kids occupied while we were at the house, it was also really nice having two living rooms to separate kid and grown-up activities. We found all of the bedding and linens to be top quality, the towels were big fluffy and soft. Just an all around exceptional listing and host, we will be staying here anytime we are in Maine!!
