Lars and RJ were extremely helpful, kind, and communicative hosts. My large group loved our stay at their place, and they had more than enough beds, couches, and cots to sleep on. The backyard is awesome and my group enjoyed using the grill, hot tub and fire pit. I also really appreciated how flexible they were with checkout and check-in! This house has everything a large group needs to enjoy their stay in Portland. 10/10 would stay again

Lars’s place was perfect for our large group of friends. Walkable to downtown and spacious enough for everyone to hang out in common spaces but also retreat to their own room. Clean, had everything we needed, and Lars was proactive about communicating. Loved it!

The house is set up like 4 apartments which worked out well for our family of 17. Everyone had their own space. We largely congregated on the main floor, but having the extra kitchens and refrigerators was super helpful. There were enough bathrooms on each level. Lars and his handyman RJ could not have been nicer or more responsive. They gave lots of helpful suggestions of places to eat and visit. In advance, I shipped some party supplies early and they were very receptive on receiving packages. 5 stars for Lars and RJ!

Very pleasant experience overall. Really no complaints. Only issue my group had was we weren’t able to turn the AC on. Maybe we just couldn’t figure it out on our own and it was actually working. Other than that though we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this place to someone else.

We booked this stay for our 20 person wedding party on our wedding weekend. The house was as advertised and there was plenty of sleeping space. In particular Lars and his team were very flexible on check in and check out, which was great for people coming in and out all day for the rehearsal that evening. This place really made our stay amazing and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
