The apartment was within easy walking distance to the Comedy Center, the Lucy Desi Museum, and several restaurants. The area was quiet and felt safe. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the clean functional kitchen, the TV, the comfortable bed, the great bathroom, all the interesting decor, and the convenient free parking. A special touch was the notebook of helpful information that the hosts leave out for guests. We highly recommend this listing.

What a beautiful apartment. It was extremely clean and very well decorated. Appliances and dishes looked brand new. Bed was very comfortable. The host had free snacks for the guests. William was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The parking garage is very conveniently located right in front of the apartment. Definitely will stay there again if we visit Jamestown.

One of the most well appointed Air B&B's I've stayed in. Toiletries and snacks as well as a nice booklet on the areas amenities. I really can't think of anything they could have done better. Jamestown is a very cool, historic town but it has a lot of vacant buildings with boarded up windows. I hope it gets the investment it needs to perk things up.

This is my second time staying with this host and they are amazing! Responsive and cover all bases. BOTH apartments at the Loftz 31 are spacious, stylish, safe and well stocked. 2 blocks from the Lucy museum and plenty of places to eat in those 2 blocks.
