Shawn is a spectacular host! I am a traveling healthcare worker working at a nearby hospital and this location was awesome. I stayed for a few months and was impressed by how quickly Shawn responded to any questions or concerns I had. The house is cute, spacious, and right on the water. 10/10 stay!

Amazing location and lovely house for an awesome Labor Day getaway

House is very close to neighboring marina but a fence and greenery hid this well. Also very close to neighbors on the other side. Back yard towards lake was smaller than expected - too small for outdoor yard games. House itself very clean and comfortable and well-stocked. We had everything we needed in this home away from home. Shawn was attentive and responsive. Great family memories made at Chautauqua!

We had a great stay at this property! We brought the kayaks and the lake access made it easy to jump in and go. The view is beautiful and the surroundings were very peaceful and serene. The house was very spacious and clean. We also appreciated how easy it was to connect and communicate with Shawn during the stay. There are some great restaurants nearby and the property is close to stores, ice cream, and mini golf. We would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
