Paul was an excellent host. He was responsive and took care of all our needs. His house is absolutely lovely. My wife and I were constantly gushing over the design and decor while we stayed here. The house is perfectly located and in a quiet neighborhood. I fully recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Lakewood.

This is a wonderful property located in Lakewood’s best neighborhood. Paul was responsive to every need and question we had, and everything worked out perfectly for our family. This property and Paul are highly recommended!

The house is really beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the house is fully equipped to cook wonderful meals or grill out on the patio. There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths and 4 bedrooms. There is so much room and the beds and towels are high quality and comfortable. The dock is a short walk across the street and the access is wide and easy to walk through if your are heading to the lake. We enjoyed the propane fire pit on two different evenings. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Paul’s home is almost too nice to be an Airbnb rental. We enjoyed a full week with family including a toddler and it was perfect for accessibility around Chautauqua Lake and nearby towns and attractions. Some recommendations: Eat at Steeners Pub across the lake. Top notch and Bill the bartender (and I believe owner) was great! The miniature golf spot in Lakewood is fun and affordable and there is ice cream stands, farms stands and a nice coffee shop within a 1/2 mile of the house. If you have a free day go to Panama Rocks!!! Do the treasure hunt! Explore the whole thing. We spent 4.5 hours and climbed all through it and we are 50+ years old. So FUN!! Overall this was a great stay!

Great home in a great location. The home is well outfitted and very comfortable, we had a lovely stay. Paul was great with ommunication and very hospitable. No complaints!
