NEWLY UPDATED, With it's open floor plan, large windows, and 2 decks you'll always be reminded you're on lake time here! Outside boasts 40 ft of lake front, a grill and 150 ft dock. Just minutes away from lots of shops, restaurants, and the Southern Tier Brewery! This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, lakefront house is the perfect spot to relax with family and enjoy Chautauqua Lake! One mile to grocery stores, Starbucks, the mall, several restaurants, and 4 miles from Southern Tier Brewery. About 30 minutes to the Chautauqua Wine Trail with lots of vineyards and wine tastings. Also 15 minutes from Bemus Point and 25 from the Chautauqua Institute. There is so much to do here but if you just want to kick back and relax it is the perfect spot for that too!

Even cuter and cozier than the pictures! So close to the CHQ Harbor Hotel. Was great to have a walkable airBnB for a family wedding. Sunsets from the back patio were GORGEOUS
all about the water view! great little neighborhood. you could walk to the local hotel with a restaurant bar and seating areas with out door firepits. walkable distance to a park which actually had a dragon boat festival taking place while we were there. highly recommend
Everything was great.
Becky was great from the first comunication to the final. She helped make local reccomendations thay became big parts of our trip. The olace was fantastic and the perfect location for a walk to the Harbor hotel for diner or a quick drive to Wegmans. Close to boat rental as well. Best view of the sunset on the lake!

Great group of neighbors. We love our neighbors so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous of them during your stay here.
Our home was a smaller cottage with a lot of history. It was one of the historic homes built during the era of Celeron Amusement Park. The house had several additions over the years. Because of that, the ceilings on one of the upper levels (with our half bath and one bedroom) are shorter than the rest, approx 7 feet. It is a very small portion of the home.... I just want to give you a heads up about that
