Plenty of off street parking. Beautiful custom kitchen and unique brand new bathrooms. AC and an indoor gas fireplace. 5 minutes from Bemus Point- restaurants, bars, activities.

In NY for a funeral. It was good to be able to rest comfortably with extended family and friends. Quiet , peaceful lots of space easy parking . Will stay again.
Beautiful, cozy home perfect for our group. Comfy bedrooms & clean bathrooms with a great central gathering area to relax by the fireplace or enjoy meals. Nice location near the lake.

Beautiful area with great neighbors and lots of privacy. Less than 5 minutes driving to Bemus Point, a great town with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and public spaces.
We would suggest that you bring a car as ridesharing (Uber/Lyft) is limited in our town . There is plenty of parking on the property, you should be able to comfortably fit at least 6 cars.
