We had a wonderful stay at this house. We celebrated my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday and it was the perfect place to gather with family to celebrate her. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and so well equipped for entertaining. Our family has stayed in several Airbnbs over the years and this was one of the most impressive! Highly recommend and we will certainly be back!

We wanted to visit this area to view the total eclipse, and found this lovely home. It was just as described. The lay out and amenities were perfect for our family. We had planned to have most of our meals in the house and could not have been more pleased with the fully stocked kitchen and grills. (Funny note...after a quick check we thought there was no dishwasher...there are in fact TWO but they have cabinetry doors so if you're really tired after a long drive you might not notice them!). There are simply beautiful furnishings throughout the house. We loved the spacious bathrooms, the lighting, cozy additions of throw blankets and pillows, and the very comfortable front porch. The porch was perfect for eclipse viewing and relaxing. Bemus Point is a quaint town with just enough gift shops for a day trip. It was still too chilly to enjoy the lake and kayaks but maybe the next time.

Really nice, modern house. We were four middle aged couples in town to go wine tasting for a weekend. Everyone loved the place. Everything was perfect BUT be aware that it lists three full bathrooms. That’s not entirely true as one of the showers is outside so it makes that shower unusable in the winter, leaving just two full bathrooms in the main house with a powder room on the main floor. The secondary house is very nice and large with bigger than your typical bunk beds and has its own bathroom. But again the shower for that place is outside. Guest will have to go to the main house to shower during the colder months. That was literally our ONLY disappointment but we managed to schedule our showers for eight people in two bathrooms somewhat easily.

Alex's house was great for our family of 6. We were there in the winter and it was a great space to cozy up, play games and watch tv. The house was very comfortable, clean and had many spaces to gather. Good restaurant recommendations too.
