Another wonderful stay at Ariana’s place. We just love staying here. Very clean throughout. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, slept great every night. Beautiful view of the lake. Well equipped kitchen. Ariana responds quickly to any questions.

I've stayed at Ariana's place several times. There's plenty of very comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. The view of the lake never disappoints! Ariana is a very responsive and helpful host. The condo's three bedrooms and three bathrooms provide guests privacy while the large living spaces are great for spending time together.

Ariana was an amazing host ! I had a question about the fireplace and she called immediately and I understood what I needed to do! The view of the water was amazing , enjoyed our stay & would recommend this location and the host! ! We plan on coming back next year !

Ariana's condo at Bemus Point is spacious and lovely! The condo is extremely clean and has everything you need to ensure you have a great stay. If any issues arise, Ariana is very responsive and addresses them quickly. My family and I have stayed here several times over the years and always have a wonderful time. we look forward to coming back!
