À notre arrivée le logement était très propre avec tout les équipements nécessaires. L'appartement est très bien situé (à deux pas du lac et dans le centre ville). Naomi est une personne très chaleureuse qui est à l'écoute et a répondu à tout nos besoins, toujours avec le sourire. Le seul point négatif que l'on pourrait souligner et que même si il est préciser dans l'annonce que l'on partagerai le logement avec une famille est le manque d'une séparation (réelle porte) entre le loft et leur pièce de vie. De plus il manque un verrou à la salle de bain pour plus d'intimité. On a quand même passé un très bon séjour.

Nice place to stay. Good that Naomi is in the apartment at checkout so you can align on any issues/problems she might have and discuss it on the spot to avoid later problems.

The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the train station, and less than 2 minutes to a stunning lake view. The apartment is located in the centre so has plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was beautifully presented and Naomi and her family were really friendly and accommodating. Wish I had stayed longer!

Appartmant is perfect located in the centrum of Lecco and near to train station. We could without problems travel to other beautiful villages situated on the Lake Como (by bus or train). Naomi and her family were friendly. Appartmant was clear and comfortable.
