The location is perfect. You pretty much have the Effiel tower as your background. But apartment is not worth the price. I got there at 3:20 check in was at 3. The room was not cleaned yet from previous visit. The cleaning person got there at the same time and started to clean as I was putting my luggage inside. I had to walk around after a long flight to wait for the room to be ready. It was also a really cold night in Paris and the heater did not work. Contacted the host and they answered on hot to turn on the water heater but never replayed back to me when I realized it did not work. Beautiful surroundings but not apartment not worth the price.

Pacha's place was absolutely lovely. The personal touches to the flat were really special. The location was great, right by the Eiffel Tower, close to River Seine cruises and loads of local restaurants. We would highly recommend it to anyone! Very special!

The space that we rented was very aesthetic, however, the faucet the the tube is not bolted down well and was very loose; had a bit of worry that it would break from the floor if bumped into. Not sure if the amenities list that the unit does not have AC, but it was very hot the day we arrived to Paris so the unit was very warm. We are from the US and are accustomed to AC, so if this is something you are comfortable living without, or plan to stay here in the cooler months, it is a great place! Overall, the unit was great and I would likely stay here again, but would consider cheaper and more spacious alternatives.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Paris. The location was very central to the metro, RER and buses. Although the space is small, it was functional for our weeklong stay. The building has a nice courtyard and is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. We would consider staying here again.
