There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a laundry room and a huge living room. On weekends you can hear the cars racing at the Numidia drag way and it's so close you can see the fireworks (select weekends when the drag way has them) right from the property! Single story, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with a stand up shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Bedrooms #3 is amusement park themed and has a set of bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a full size. The full hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room with full size washer & dryer leads you out to the back patio. The backyard and outdoor space with private pool is everything you’ve been wanting in your vacation home. Luna’s pizzeria is on the corner, Numidia community park is only 1/4 mile down the street, Numidia drag strip is on the next block, 20 minute drive to Bloomsburg and Knoebels amusement resort is only a 10 minute drive away, 55 minute drive to Bucknell, 30 minute drive to AOAA, 25 minute drive to Pump House, 20 minute drive to Frosty Valley, 6 minute drive to Ponduce Farms, 8 minute drive to Rohrbach's Farm Market, 5 minute drive to Valley Kwik Mart, 30 second drive to Numidia Community park, 27 minute drive to Rolling Pines Golf Course. Large kitchen with cooktop in the island, double door refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of cabinets and countertop space for preparing breakfast before a fun day. Ample seating in the dining room for 10+. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms for a perfect nights sleep. Large sunken living room (just 1 step) with 3 comfortable sofa’s including one with recliner ends and 1 that’s a full size sofa bed and a 55 inch smart tv (bring your streaming subscriptions)! Enjoy the private, tree lined yard to play ladder ball (in the shed with the pool floats and supplies for your use) or just have a safe place for your little ones to enjoy some sun and grass. If you don’t have little ones with you, you can use the parking pad near the trees (in front of the shed) for extra parking or to park an RV(no hook ups) camper or race car if you’ll be going to the drag strip. We have a clip on high chair, a pack n play(don't forget to bring your crib sheets), stroller and a toddler cot in the Knoebels themed bedroom closet. Parking for off road vehicles and trailer available.
