There was a great view, open floor plan, and space for a large group. It was private and easy to get to For the negatives-the host rarely responded to messages in the app, requiring us to call his personal number many times to get info like parking & pool heating figured out. We also didn’t receive check-in info until after arrival, which also had to be requested. We were told someone would be meeting us there, but there was only a key in a lock box. This was all frustrating, especially for the price The pool/hot tub was dirty with leaves, dead bugs, & dirt and there was a pair of men’s underwear left on the equipment that we had to remove in order to turn on the hot tub. As heating cost extra, we wish it had been working on arrival and we didn’t have to call to troubleshoot the system ourselves The ceilings were leaking from rain and there were marks on the floors. There was different furniture than shown on the listing For the location and the price, the experience was not good

Beautiful property and it came with outstanding service. Living the Dream was flexible and considerate. My family loved the view and enjoyed the pool. The house is spacious, but not too big where the family feels disconnected. My only call outs are 1) The house sits high up on a hill. I don’t recommend navigating the streets late at night. I think this should be shared up front 2) It’s a hefty price tag. While I really enjoyed the property, I wouldn’t pay such a high price to return. I will say that it comparable to everything else I found, but after all the added fees it’s costly especially in comparison to a hotel 3) There are a couple spider webs. All are in high or hard to reach places. Given the indoor/outdoor nature, it makes sense. However, for the cost of stay and the cost of cleaning there shouldn’t be spider webs. Please know the house is very clean just has a couple of spider webs. Thankfully, I did not see any spiders. I still highly recommend.

The views at this place are everything. Sunset and sunrise are so beautiful and definitely what you would expect from the photos. House is large and fits many guests easily. The furnishings are pretty basic but it has everything you need including huge TVs in all the rooms. Pool is lovely and oversized. It had a lot of bugs in it though. Lots of spiders on the outside deck too which probably could have been cleaned up before we got there. We had difficulty getting our car in and out of the property due to the broken garage gate as well, which was a challenge given the narrow street. Overall 8/10 and definitely would recommended if you are looking for 5 star LA city views!
