We had a wonderful stay for my daughters sweet 16 with a group of her friends. Would definitely love to stay longer!

This house was gorgeous and well located. The backyard felt very private, and the space was very clean. HOWEVER - much of the listing is misleading. First, it advertises that the house sleeps 16+. There are 4 beds (2 kings, 2 queens), and the house comes with 2 air mattresses. This still does not add up to 16 people - more like 8. Only one of the bedrooms was large enough to accommodate an air mattress. The rest of the air mattresses would need to be placed in the living room - no privacy, and no shades to draw over the large windows. I searched for a house with a hot tub. One of the reasons I picked this place was because it listed heated pool AND hot tub. I got a message weeks later from the property manager asking if I wanted to pay to heat them. Hot tub costs $250 for 1st day and $100 for subsequent days. Pool is $500 for 1st and $250 for subsequent. This is in the listing if you scroll WAY down. Technically it is there, but very misleading. Should be placed differently.
