This is the absolute perfect home for friends or family to enjoy time together and explore LA. I rented Andrew's house to host several friends who flew in for my birthday, and we loved cooking at home and walking around in the cute village of Larchmont. It is even more beautiful than the photos, chic yet comfortable, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed (the kitchen is a dream!). Andrew was a fantastic host -- super communicative, responsive, and helpful. I hope to rent again when it's warm enough to take advantage of the pool!
Andrew’s bungalow is joyous. He was so helpful and friendly and very clear with instructions. The bungalow is well appointed leather furniture sofas that were comfy, lots of pillows. A fireplace, gorgeous kitchen, high-end bathrooms and the backyard - to die for. It felt as if I was on a retreat in a verdant garden - so private and lush. He checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We are people who like airbnbs that are as or almost as lovely as our homes. Why go on vacation if you don’t feel comfortable and relaxed? I have to say Andrew provided that for my picky crew. The primary suite is wonderful, the doors open to the backyard. The fireplace kept us cozy on the cool spring nights, the decor was minimalist and made it feel uncluttered and ready for us to move in. Don’t worry about coffee, he’s got every kind of coffee maker you could wish for. Take care of his beautiful soapstone island!it’s not difficult. And relax!
This place is great-- very spacious and well furnished on a nice street in a cool neighborhood with a lot to do. This was our first time trying AirBNB and Andrew made it so easy. Very clear instructions on checking in, checking out, and general house rules. He could not be any friendlier. When I come back to LA, I'm looking to see if this place is available before looking elsewhere for lodging.
This was our first experience staying in an airbnb and we loved the experience. Beautiful home and backyard. We felt very comfortable staying there. Andrew is awesome! When we return to the Los Angeles area, definitely will be staying here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
