Pros : The location is near to the main road but it's calm. Near to everything; convenience store, food vendor, fruit store etc. The room is spacious, high ceiling, king bed. Cons: The property is need lots of maintenance; Leaking from toilet shower/bidet, noisy air conditioner, the pool is missing some ceramic and the water isn't clear. There's a little issue during the check in, looks like the owner didn't inform the staff at the reception that someone will check in on that day and they don't prepared. The room was dirty when we arrive, like it's been used. lots of hair on the floor and on the bed, the bathroom's mirror not clean, full of soap scum. There's amenities corner where they usually put coffee/tea sachet but there's only sugar. Left over food in the fridge. We asked for changing the bed sheet, there was tissue paper and thick dust under the bed and we can tell that they never clean that area. After about at least 30 minutes waiting then our room is finally ready.
