Immaculate apartment in nice residential area and easy commute (metro) into centrally Paris. Ale was super responsive. Very comfy apartment for six adults. Thank you!

Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür ruhig, aber mit zwei verschiedenen Metrolinien schnell zu erreichen.Ein komplett neu gebauter Stadtteil. In der Nähe direkt ein Supermarkt und eine Food-Halle mit verschiedenen Essensmöglichkeiten. Ich würde immer wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen, merci.

Dicht bij het metrostation en je bent binnen 30/40 minuten wel op de meeste plekken van Parijs. De plek was perfect voor ons zessen, waaronder 2 kinderen. Ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voorziening zoals een supermarkt, bakker, foodhal en speeltuin ook lekker dichtbij. Het babybedje werkte helaas niet, maar daar kon Alejandra niks aan doen. Het appartement bevindt zich in een luxe gedeelte st Ouen, achter het metrostation zijn wel wijken die je in de avond waarschijnlijk liever vermijd. Al met al super verblijf!

Alejandra's place was a great home-base for our stay in Paris. Very clean and comfortable. Much more spacious than expected. Full kitchen. Our family of 5 used the metro from the Marie de Saint-Ouen station which was about a 6 minute walk from the apartment. On the days we were sight seeing in Paris, the metro into the city center was on average about 30-40 minutes with typically only one change. Versailles and Disneyland Paris were a little longer but not a strain. The immediate area near the AirBNB was a nice surprise for us. Within 1-3 minutes of walking we had access to a great bakery (Clem et Gwen), a delicious breakfast spot (Bloom Cafe), two supermarkets (Intermarche and BioCoop), a friendly Pharmacy, and a Communal area that was open late and served food from many nations. The Communal also sells flowers, cheese, meats, and other specialty grocery items. There was also an outdoor play area for kids. The residents were kind and patient with us though we only speak English.
