Nice condo, that was able to accommodate our party of 6 adults. Plenty of sleeping space. Clean, with plenty of towels and beach amenities. Great location across from a beach. The town of Kihei had plenty of shops and restaurants. The only reason why I gave an overall 4 stars is because the long list of things to do when we leave. Other than that we wouldn’t mind staying in this location again when we visit.

Great host! Provided everything I needed upfront which saved us back and forth time :) Parking here is not great. My the on-site manager was able to help me out. Safe, great location.

Pros- very close to beach and other activities/restaurants. Even though there is only 1 bathroom, my family of 6 didn’t mind. We used the pool restroom, which was just steps from our condo. The pool is quiet which we liked. Check in process was easy. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs. It was also nice to have a designated parking spot. Cons-while there have been some updates done, the pictures don’t necessarily match what you’re getting. The pictures make the place look immaculate, but it’s not. The bunk bed steps are broken, which is a safety hazard. Many of the wood floor planks are coming up. The couch is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The living room air conditioner has left a water (moldy) spot on the wall. The dryer door is also caked full of sand. Overall, the place could really use some attention to detail during the cleaning process.

The property managers where always polite and quick to respond and eager to make things right. Although the unit was nicely updated there were a few maintenance issues. The floor was coming up in a majority of the condo. So much so we found ourselves tripping on it and our kids feet getting pinched at times. With some or the corners sharp we had concerns of getting cut. I measured about an inch rise in some boards. There also were no screens in the slatted windows in the bedrooms. Despite them being closed lots of little bugs attracted to the light were getting in at night. It did seem like an unusual amount of bugs this trip. Had we known the floors were going to be in such rough shape we would have likely chosen a different spot.
