Newly renovated Cape Cod on our 25-acre farm. This 1100+ square foot home features new flooring, new appliances and a fenced in yard. Conveniently located between Culpeper and Sperryville on a rural road. The home is close to wineries, breweries, wedding venues, Old Rag, the Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns and the water falls at White Oak Canyon. 10 miles to Culpeper and 15 miles to Sperryville, Virginia. The house sits about 300 feet from the road which is gravel in a rural neighborhood. Fields with our horses are in clear view behind the house along with our barn. The house is great for a couples retreat or a small family of 3.

Great place to stay. Very welcoming, we met Melissa and her husband down on the horse farm one day. Super nice people, gave us a bunch of recommendations. House was very clean with lots of character. Would book again. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay at Melissa’s. Melissa had communicated ahead of time how to enter the unit and left lights on for us in case of a late arrival. The unit was spotless and exactly as described/pictured - it had everything needed in the kitchen + a comfy bed. The fresh eggs and other snacks were a nice touch. The surroundings are very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the horses from the kitchen as we ate breakfast.

This is a rural area and the road to the house is gravel for about 1/2 mile. One neighbor's house is visible. While the adjacent neighbor has horses, and the house is difficult to see. All of our neighbors are retired, and the area is low key.

出行信息

The house has plenty of parking. We recommend having your own car or a rental car. Public transportation is not available. The nearest entrance to the Shenandoah National Park is the Thornton Gap Entrance Station located between Luray and Sperryville, Virginia. An easy and beautiful drive approximately 22 miles from the house.
