The house was nice and big. We’ll situated. Loved the table tennis table and pool table. However, the place needs serious maintenance. The shower heads don’t stay up, the smoke alarm needed a new battery which we bought and put in. The remote for the big tv didn’t work. We bought new batteries but it didn’t help. There was a gas smell in the kitchen when we arrived and 1 burner didn’t work. The couches in the 1st lounge room had stains that looked awful. Only 1 of the twin beds was made up instead of the 2 beds as we had 5 children. There were no spare blankets and it was cold. The heaters worked ok but we didn’t want to leave them on all night. Several cupboard hinges are dodgey when you open the cupboards. With maintenance it could be an amazing place, but it needs attention.

The group loved the roomy home, great entertaining areas, would go back in future.

The House was absolutely perfect distance from where we needed to go. Unfortunately the house was smelly as we arrived and did have to open all the windows and doors on arrival. The Heating was great! The bathroom and toilet didn't have a lock on the door which was a bit concerning for us in a share accommodation setting. The King bed and Cover were amazingly comfortable! Small issues but we will book again next year if the house is available :)

There's some good and not-so good to it. the Good: - Location was good. Close to SovHill and Kryal Castle. 5-6mins drive to Woolies. - Having 2 sitting areas and 2 TVs was great. kids in one and grown ups in the other. - Clean baths and kitchen (even whisky glasses that we appreciated) - EV charging at $10 a day was super convenient - Extra large garage to park. - really big main bedroom and comfy beds all around. Not so good: - the place needs some TLC. The pics are accurate but the lighting isn't. It's a bit dark inside. - only 1 of the dining pendants was working and the large TV remote wasn't working. Batteries likely need replacing. - exhaust fan in main bed didn't work so bathroom odours were hard to get rid of. - west facing rear so 3 back beds got really warm & only 1 had a fan. Easily solved with more fans. - no furniture so couldn't use rear deck The place can be fixed up but most importantly Jenny was prompt & easy to work with. We all had a lovely long Easter weekend.
