Tim’s place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was spotless, it still had a new house smell even. Loved the effort put forward to making guests comfortable with snacks, KCups, and toiletries. We would definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves in the area

I took my friend there for her birthday and a peaceful getaway. She didn’t want to leave. Historic downtown on the Colorado river was so charming. We loved the house and felt so safe and comfortable and Tim was EXCELLENT!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tim’s home! Everything was spotless, new and comfortable. Amenities were fantastic and well thought out for travelers who might’ve forgotten something. I highly recommend Tim’s place and hope to stay again sometime!
