The place is in good condition with all amenities needed for both short and long stay. The windows face both sides of the house, so fresh air can easily circulate in the apartment. The location is near perfect for a long stay (especially for a family). There is everything that you may need in a few minutes from the building. The sea is 25 minutes walk from the house. Vahit (the landlord) is a remarkable person. He is honest, open, always ready to help. He speaks English, which is rare find in Turkey. I have quite a lot of experience using AirBnb, and this stay left me with only positive emotions.

The flat is, in fact, very big so we have had more than enough space for a family of 4 persons! The location is quite good in the safe and pleasant neighbourhood, espesially if you travel by car. On foot it took us about 20 minutes to reach the tram stop from where you can go to the airport or bus station. The large shopping center and and the museum where you can take a historical tram to the old town centre are about the same distance from the house. Special thanks to a host - Vakhit! He is very welcoming and is always ready to assist in case of any questions.

Excellent place. As depicted and described, as well as perfectly spotless. I have only good things to say about this place. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and he even had some child toys for my baby to play with like balloons! Vahit was even more helpful than normal hosts, sending me numerous recommendations as well as their addresses. He even checked in daily to see if we needed anything. If we come to the city again we will stay here without a doubt.

Ailece çok rahat ettik. Konumu harikaydı. Hem çarşıya hemde Konyaaltı plajına yakın. Parklar ve ağaçlar,  ihtiyacınız olan çok şey yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınında bazı günler taze ürünleri alabileceğimiz pazar kuruldu. Vahit çok ilgiliydi ve her sorumuza hemen yardımcı oldu. Semt huzurlu ve güvenli. Daire temiz ve konforluydu. Wifi ve klima da iyiydi. Hiçbir şeyin eksiğini hissetmedik. Biz zevkli vakit geçirdik. Tavsiye ederiz.
