This house was just as described and I will say even nicer in person than photos show. The house was large and lots of space for my family. It felt very lived in meaning there were lots of plates, cooking supplies, crockpot, blender, you name it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is superb and very peaceful with one of the best views in Sedona out your front door and balcony. We loved being able to walk to a hiking trail. The host was also very responsive. We loved this house and would recommend it to friends!

This home was extraordinary - for its location, size, and thoughtful touches. It was also amazing well-equipped and spared no details for comfort and the little things that would make a vacation great. First, the view and proximity to Cathedral Rock made this the ideal place for a Sedona vacation. The indoor and outdoor spaces are equally marvelous. The kitchen was very well-stocked and I wish we stayed longer to take advantage of it. The bedrooms are all very accommodating; the tub and shower in the master have million-dollar views (literally). Also, we very much enjoyed the game table and the snack basket - those little treats that made the experience family-friendly above just luxurious. Also, our hosts were beyond kind. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

The photos do not do this place justice! Kelly and Steve were great host and very responsive to any communication. The house was beautiful, the landscaping perfect, and the views AMAZING! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with two additional pieces of info if booking during peak tourism season (like we did): 1) this house is very close to a tourist site so traffic can be heavy while trying to get to the house from town (10AM~4PM). 2) Book reservations for meals at least a month before your trip, it was almost stressful trying to find a place on the fly with some of our food restrictions. Summary, 10/10 loved this place.

Wonderful location with amazing backyard views, modern well appointed home, backyard is cozy and private, kitchen and great room are terrific gathering places, master bedroom is spacious and finally the kitchen has everything you need. Also the house is really clean and the hosts are capable. Recommended.
