Rachel was very friendly and helpful. She was responding quickly to our queries. The place was very tidy and neat. Easily accessible to most of the attractions of the city. The privacy was highly secured during our stay in this airbnb and highly recommend.

The flat is located in a very central part of town, only a stone's throw from Waverley train station- the perfect location to explore Edinburgh on foot. We were very warmly welcomed on arrival and pleasantly surprised by the selection of breakfast options provided. All the amenities were as advertised and the guest spaces were immaculately clean and tidy. We were greeted each morning by birdsong and beautiful views from the bedroom window, and it was lovely to come back each day to a cosy room and very comfy beds (and pillows!) For a shared space, we enjoyed a lot of privacy. Rachel and John were extremely thoughtful and caring hosts throughout our stay. We found ourselves in an unexpected circumstance at the end of the stay and Rachel very kindly offered us a later check out time. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I really appreciate Rachel's hospitality. What she provides us far exceed our expectation, breakfast, cereals, shortbread, instant noodles, body lotion and electric. blanket. Her flat is exceptionally clean. They are really accommodative, which we can drop our bags early and come back to collect them late on check out.
