The house needed some deep cleaning and general maintenance inside and out. The yard is completely overgrown and the walkway pictured down to the river is no longer functional. Apart from the general care needed the location was very peaceful.

The location was great and had great communication with the landlord, although evolve was a little hard to get a hold of. The landlord was great help. The home could I have been cleaner. There was visible stains. Some visible dirt and dust on the floor. Overall the location was so beautiful, the backyard made for a great view.

My teenager, dog and I stayed for a weekend to check out annular eclipse. It was a perfect spot for that though it was cloudy 🤪. My teen immediately chose the game room bed and loved having that as his private space. We enjoyed the game room and he learned to play pool. Internet and TV services worked well, we had fun watching the new Goosebumps and the couches and blankets were comfortable. The yard was overall good for us and our dog. Nice to have the river, and we went on a hike nearby. The yard did have some bits of trash scattered we picked up some. Unfortunately kitchen was a bit of a mess with dirty bottom cabinets, an old dirty pan left in a dirty oven, and dirty coffee maker. Despite my morning of no coffee we did enjoy the stovetop and were able to cook pasta, grilled cheese and pancakes during our stay. We had a refund on the cleaning fee due to the state of kitchen which was appreciated. Arcade game table top also very fun and beds comfortable.

A gorgeous, peaceful place to enjoy a vacation. My family & I enjoyed the home very much.
