Steve’s home completely met our expectations. It was very spacious and fit our group of 8 very comfortably. It was our first vacation in this area and we enjoyed exploring the cute beach town and its restaurants and activities. The beach was an easy bike ride from the house and we also enjoyed the community pool. Steve was also very responsive to our questions which we appreciated. Overall a great find!

My family and friends had a great time staying here. We enjoyed visiting Rehoboth beach and Dewey beach which were both a very short drive away. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had great amenities. Everything we needed was supplied and instructions to find everything were very clear.

I just loved the decor and colors. The house worked out great for my group. The large kitchen table allowed us to comfortably start the day with a family breakfast and then later play many great card games in the evenings. We were on the go too much to enjoy the many balconies and deck but I would look forward to using them on a future visit. I thought the lockbox was ideal and very convenient. It gave us flexibility to leave the key and come and go at different times. The washer and dryer was super helpful with beach towels. I especially liked not bringing bedding. The house was nicely stocked with tons of towels as well as many other necessity items. I worried about parking at the beach because we are noon time beach people. Parking was a breeze. We brought two cars to the beach and got two very close spots each day. Overall I think Steve is a five star host with an awesome home. I highly recommend Steve’s home. To top things off, he has a very nice neighbor.
