Our stay with David was great! He was super nice and responsive to all of my questions. The house was very dog friendly which was great. Tons of great places to eat and walking distance to the beach.

We had a great stay at David's property! The house was a perfect space for our kids and dogs to unwind, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and yard, in particular. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely beach vacation. And David was incredibly welcoming and responsive to our questions. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great location. Walkable to downtown Rehoboth, the boardwalk, and beach. Great access to biking and walking trails as well. The space was clean, comfortable and well laid-out. We really enjoyed the hot tub and if it was warmer I’m sure we would have enjoyed the pool. David was great with communication and answered all our questions quickly.
