This is my second time booking this house for our family thanksgiving gathering and it’s so great. Large, comfortable, walkable to the beach, nicely decorated without feeling cluttered. We really enjoyed ourself and everyone wants to come back again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean! It is within walking distance to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. We only had a few issues (very minor). In all, our stay was lovely and we would come back again!

The house is spacious. The bedrooms are large. The kitchen allows for multiple cooks and has a long table. The living room has an area for TV watchers as well as an area to sit around and talk. We plan to stay there again when we return in 2 years.

Overall our visit was fantastic. The house was beautiful and very spacious for our large group to spread out. Location was quiet and convenient to just about anything you need. Restaurants I recommend are The Cultured Pearl and Ava’s Pizzeria for dinner and Somewhere for brunch. I do however wish there were blackout curtains in the rooms that receive more light, for example the bunk room. Also, the bottom bunk mattress was very uncomfortable. A mattress topper would help. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a large family vacation & decided to stay here. we had plenty of space! the area was also great.
