Absolutely beautifully kept house and yard. There were five of us (one couple) so we all had our own bedroom and bath. Made it very civilized! The kitchen was wonderful and there was room for all of us to prepare meals together. We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at 45 Baltimore!
Great place, wifi blew, was within walking distance of everything. Clean up at the end was easy. Didn't have to take the sheets off or start the dishes or anything. Just take the trash out and recycling out.
The house is in a perfect location. There are restaurants and shops along the street. The Main Street is one block away. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away. The pool is heated and perfect for the kids. The house has a ton of space to hang out and entertain. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom too. We really enjoyed our stay even with some rainy weather.
We had a little trouble getting in (and needed a bathroom after a long drive) because it wasn’t clear which door we were to use. By process of elimination, figured it was the one inside the gate, which also had a lock on it. We called for help and quickly got the code and got in with no problem after that. The house is fantastic and seemed to have everything we needed..even malt vinegar for our Thrashers fries! Everything was clean and the gathering spaces really fit our needs. The only suggestion I would have is to leave checkout instructions, including trash and linens, because we had to call the HELP # for that as well.
The house was clean and lovely. We loved the location and how easily we could walk to everything. We also appreciated every bedroom having its own bathroom. The pots and pans/ glassware were of great quality. Our issues were getting in- they gave us the code to the side door but there was a code on the gate padlock that we weren’t given initially. It also advertised as having 4 off street spaces which ended up being two and it advertised an indoor fireplace which was actually off limits.
