Thank you for being part of our perfect weekend trip with friends! The place is so conveniently located with plenty of amenities within walking distance. Checking in and out was a breeze and Vacasa was always quick to respond to our questions. The place was exactly as described in the listing so we thankfully didn't have any weird surprises during our stay. We had a blast and made memories to last a lifetime! We would absolutely book this house again if we find ourselves itching for another trip to Rehoboth!

I do not know where to start, although the location with respect to the beach and restaurants was perfect, this was the worst AIRBNB w brave stayed at for the price. We paid $3k for 3 nights in the off-season and it turned out to be motel conditions. The code to get the key that was in a master lock box was not correct. My wife walked around to the front door to check to see if it was open and the door knob fell off. As noted in previous reviews, the smell of weed outside is constant and overwhelming. When we walked in there was an old musty smell. The dishwasher was full of dishes, the outside shower had a dirty wash cloth on the floor, furniture was grimy, all the supplies were the lowest grade, the steps are a safety hazard, there were cobwebs in common areas, dead bugs and hair in the shower, internet barely worked, the pillows smelled weird and were stained. We were very disappointed in the overall experience and will no longer choose any property managed by Vacasa.

The house is in an amazing location, and was even nicer in person. I would definitely come back.
