房客评价
House is in a great location, walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants and even to the beach/boardwalk. Neighborhood itself is super cute. House was large and comfortable , with lots of bedrooms, TVs, common areas and decks. Backyard is great for dogs, although one of the fence planks was missing, so a small dog could get out. There is also a small pool, although we were there in the offseason (end of April), so did not use it. Vacasa responded to questions quickly. On the negative side, there were no soaps, shampoos, etc and the house did not seem particularly well-cleaned -- rugs were a bit stained and one wasn't well vacuumed and some trash was left behind. For some reason, they didn't let us use their large driveway (although no one else was using it). Not a big deal as there was plenty of street parking, but maybe would be an issue in the high season. Checkout is on the early side (10 am) and they didn't allow us a late checkout (despite it being offseason).
Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations. Upon check-in, we had an issue with the smoke alarms, but the host was quick to address the issue.
