The thermostat was difficult to operate it was extremely cold the majority of the stay especially at night. The back door top lock is broken which I reported ASAP. Overall it was a nice home!!!!

This house was beautiful and matched the description perfectly. It is super convenient to the Rehoboth and Dewey area. It comfortably accommodated 9-10 people, and we could have fit a few more. I definitely recommend it if you have couples going on a trip together.

Newly built and furnished home. Clear instructions. Strong AC and wifi. Great location, near restaurants and shopping. The kids liked having their 'own living room' on the upper floor. Highly recommended!

when I asked about needing a parking pass to possibly park in certain places, Heather volunteered to lend us her pass. Very nice of her.
