Quiet location, within walking distance of downtown Rehoboth. Lovely home. We'd love to come back! We did have some difficulty with the new lock on the front door. Brian was instantly responsive and promises to update the Informational Notebook so our problem (how to relock) should be solved for future guests.

From the moment we booked Brian’s house, he was extremely responsive with some specific questions we had regarding holiday decor (ie is a Christmas tree allowed?). The photos were very accurate, and the house felt like a home the minute we walked in. He kindly walked us through how to use the gas fireplace which was clutch on colder days. The location is divine; walkable to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, play ground, etc. Plus the fenced in yard was a huge plus for our two pups! The upstairs master shower is divine; it’s larger than most NYC apartments. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back in the future!

The house is spacious, welcoming and ideally located for walking to the restaurants and shops in the quaint downtown. Brian is warm, friendly and responds immediately

My family and I enjoyed an extended weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday during the off-season. We were very pleased with the accommodations as well as the amount of available activities that was offered in the area such as proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping . The house was tastefully decorated; the beds were super comfortable; the house was very clean. We were pleased by additional features such as, the availability of lots of family games, the frozen margarita machine; and the availability of bicycles. I especially loved the towel warmer located in the upstairs master bath. Brian was very proactive as far as communicating information about the house. We will most certainly plan to rent again during our next visit.

We loved our stay at Brian’s! He was extremely thorough and provided us with all the info we could possibly need. Great location near Downtown Rehoboth. Clean, friendly, and easily accessible. We’ll certainly be back!
