在酒吧街楼上，地理位置相当方便，出门左边走就是唐人街，右边是CBD繁华中心，离直落亚逸地铁几分钟，牛车水（唐人街）也只有几分钟。绿线莱弗士地铁站十分钟。二十分钟可以走到滨海湾。房间只能做做简餐，没有啥厨具，我们住一周居然只没有打扫过，卫生靠自己，总体还算满意
I enjoyed my stay but could even be better. Having to put down a SGD 300 deposit during check-in was a surprise. There were not that many utensils or pots in the kitchen for cooking, pretty much just a frying pan to heat up leftovers. Eating out is very easy, walking distance to Maxwell food court for a large selection of cheap food and drinks and near many restaurants for when you want to spend more. Smell of smoke in the room was a bit much when coming in the room, was tolerable once inside for a while. Size of the appartement was great and having a large table with chairs made working om my laptop extremely easy.
Good location. Nice enough place with “bare essential” amenities (especially for the kitchen).

Our service apartment is a 5 storey protected heritage building located in The Central of the city. This Nyonya Baba building is full of Southeast Asian style. Each suite has bright windows with characteristic traditional shutter looking out to the lively bars and streets.
All suites come with a kitchen, you might want to explore the local market, grab the fresh and unique ingredients, preparing a romantic meal for your loved ones.
Few step away to Chinatown, Marine Bay, Merlion Parks, Garden by the bay and Sentosa Island. Downstairs is the most famous Pub Street in Singapore, with many bars, nightclubs and restaurants for you to choose.
//IMPORTANT: Potential Noise during business hour from nearby pub and bar are inevitable because we are located in the most famous night life’s street. We don’t recommended noise-sensitive traveller book with us. Sound-proof window already implemented for all units.
Potential Noise from nearby Pub and restaurant during business hour (dinner time) until 10:30pm. Noisy sensitive guest please take extra caution before place the booking.
While we had implement high performance soundproof window for all our suites, therefore we barely receive relative complaint (recently updated statistic data shows less than 8% complaint received between June 2022 to Feb 2023)
We don’t have parking facilities, you will need use public parking lots. While we could reimburse up to SGD 10/day parking fee.
